2.1   Designing, implementing and managing in-house software programs as been assigned to improve and solve requirement from internal customers

2.2   Writing, implementing and testing efficient code

2.3   Provide regular progress updates and work closely with Project Manager to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues has been taken action.

2.4   Provide daily support, monitor program activity

2.5   Act as second tiers of support for package software such as SAP, Innovations, WMS, etc.

2.6   Working closely with key users to support external party especially customer and government organization
