1.Responsibilities

1.1 Understand customer business requirement, ordering pattern, professionally handle customer, daily operation &

delivering excellent customer service experience, cultivate strong relationships with customers and manage the needs of our customers through all communication channels.

1.2 Drive the entire order cycle from order receiving to shipment to ensure that received orders have been timely managed and having visibility of the work in progress with updated status be communicated across all logistic nodes and meet the target schedule.

1.3 Working closely with cross-functional teams and third parties to pro-actively address problems to resolve customers’ issues, services breakdown and support business growth with ensure all task complete correctly in time and meet customer’s expectation.

1.4 Generating and analyzing customer’s demand trend, forecast and provide feedback to resource planning on forecast, market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to ensure right capability, on time delivery and assigned sales targets are achieved.

1.5 Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.

1.6 Supporting the complaint and claim handling, problem-solving and other contractually agreed services communicated by the relevant Sales staff in order to develop a continuing business partnership.

1.7 Maintain good product knowledge, supply chain management and business process in order to have meaningful

Conversations with customers.

1.8 Initiating continuous improvement to processes and systems through knowledge of customers' pain points provided through the different feedback channels first choice; Corrective action, Preventive action & continuous improvement.

1.9 Managing monthly statement and follow up Customer’s payment with controlling all transaction align with customer credit limit and Insurance Coverage.

1.10 Complete all task assignment in time with corrective action and efficiency.

2.Qualification

2.1 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.

2.2 At least 3 years’ experience managing accounts’ relationships in B2B market, manufacturing industry, import & export preferably in multinational organization.

2.3 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP system e.g. SAP, TOEIC 550
