QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality complies with company standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Support investigation and analysis of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases.
• Prepare and maintain QA documents, reports, SOPs, and quality records.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and other related departments to improve product quality and processes.
• Support internal and external audits including ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other related standards.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.
• Provide quality-related training and guidance to employees when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related fields.
• Knowledge of QA systems, GMP, HACCP, ISO, or related standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
