Production Engineer

Responsibilities 

• Create Work Instructions (WI) for all machines and processes.

• Propose continuous improvement related to Surfacing Technologies.

• Implement and Test new technologies/processes in operations.

• Provide technical/training support to Production team.

• Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools, methodologies driving effective solution sustainment and drive DAADD (Data, Analytics, Automation, Digitization & Digitalization) to be smart factory.

• Analyze manufacturing data or process information, work with team to solve complex problem and / or repeated issue.

• Promote data-driven problem solving to improve process capability and enable Industry 4.0 implementation.

• Contributing to team and continuous improvement initiatives to improve Quality Cost Delivery.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor or Master Degree, or equivalent education, in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation

• At least 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.

• Strong on analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making.

• Project management, Process control, Statistical analysis.

• Knowledge on Digital transformation is plus.

• Data modelling, data mining, segmentation techniques

• Programming languages: VB, C/C++, Python is plus.

• Great numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent in English (read, write, speak)
