Responsibility
Serve as the key contact person for overseas Sales teams and international customers regarding order inquiries and product information
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability
Monitor order status and support shipment coordination to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, delivery schedules, or product information
Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, shipment schedules, and product inquiries.
Maintain accurate order data and reports using Excel and ERP/SAP systems
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
Good command of English, both written and spoken (TOEIC 650+ preferred).
