Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with supply chain, logistics teams,customer service, production,finance, operations, planning and warehouse teamsto ensure alignment on delivery schedules, billing accuracy, and customer requirements.

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to order fulfilment, lead times, and on-time delivery.

  • Build and maintain Strategic Account performance dashboards (e.g. in Excel or Power BI) to track service KPIs and trends.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency.

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational liaison between the Account Manager and internal departments.

  • Support the preparation of materials for joint business reviews and customer meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain coordination, or business analysis.

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI or data-visualisation experience is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with logistics or export processes.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
