Key Responsibilities
Work closely with supply chain, logistics teams,customer service, production,finance, operations, planning and warehouse teamsto ensure alignment on delivery schedules, billing accuracy, and customer requirements.
Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to order fulfilment, lead times, and on-time delivery.
Build and maintain Strategic Account performance dashboards (e.g. in Excel or Power BI) to track service KPIs and trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Serve as the day-to-day operational liaison between the Account Manager and internal departments.
Support the preparation of materials for joint business reviews and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain coordination, or business analysis.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI or data-visualisation experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with logistics or export processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
