Safety Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and company policies.
• Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Support emergency response activities and safety drills.
• Provide safety orientation and training for employees.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and eyewash stations.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce workplace risks.
• Coordinate with departments to improve workplace safety standards.
• Assist in implementing EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs and activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in safety, EHS, or industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA / safety regulations and risk assessment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct training and safety inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or จป.เทคนิค/จป.วิชาชีพ are an advantage.
