Work closely with Sales, R&D and relevant teams to understand market trend, customers’ general needs in term of on-going business and new business. Understand TOG business objectives, expectation from new business, target prospects and the end-goal of sales in mind. Understand production operations & supply chain process, business IT system that relevant with the products & service solutions to make offer to customers.
Develop communication check list to understand customer’s business plan/IT system/network, loop of communication, location and organize a work plan, manage onboard program timeline, organize team alignment cross functions to be ready for order entry, electronic data interchanging of business transactions be accurately and completely integrated with customer’s system with status tracking & delivery schedule update to successfully start the business with the new customers.
Support Sales managers and coordinate with related teams such as Supply Chain, R&D, Production, IT to all-rounded understanding and well prepare with customers’ expectations; product range, a model of supply chain, sales cycle, anticipated service, demand plan, to grow business with planning schedule. Prepare product samples for target prospects/customers or new product represent commercial samples for customers to evaluate or do technical tests. In some case, may lead a phone conference and provide feedback to related teams to take necessary actions, in order to make progression with target timeline.
Work with relevant teams to do necessary technical review, system tests/business case tests to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data integration between systems; internal/external EDI verifications.
Manage internal assigned projects and ensure progression are made of each action items from its ownership, knowing resource/ team alignment /timeline/budget required and necessary cross functional loop of communications, to ensure involved parties can accomplish and deliver results within target schedule.
Provide answers to new and existing customer’s questions about product related technical aspects, IT, relevant Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, OSHA, business flow, system network and support customer’s administrative requirements about electronic output data and relevant reports and to be available to handle on-call incidents.
Develop Q&A, technical tips/guideline, database structure, work flow, business flow diagram and lead a meeting with customer’s IT or Customer’s quality assurance team or Customer’s supply chain team.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Sciences or related fields.
Extremely focused on the customer, have strong sense of urgency.
Effective in time management, systematic managing multiple tasks.
Self-starter, efficiently work independently and collaboratively and results-oriented to meet deadlines.
Willing to travel and be flexible to organize a phone conference up to customer’s available time.
Gained TOEIC score above 850 or similar English proficiency test result.
