Responsibilities

  • Network and work closely with customers to understand the needs, on-going business, sales plan,target, constructive feedback. Maintain grow, leverage relationships within the key accounts to increase the sales revenue.  
  • Prepare clear and accurate responses, terms for RFP or relevant business proposals to support new business development and to close the deals.
  • Develop relationships with the internal support teams to deliver suitable supply with the end-goal of target sales in mind. Provide feedback, potential challenges to the supporting teams; supply chain, CSS for process improvement or other customer benefits, as well as R&D for product improvements as required.
  • Learn value proposition of our business, products/services and be able to explain, or conduct presentation.
  • Research the industry, markets, customers, trends, market intelligence, change that will impact current and future sales and to be ready to become subject matters' expert on any relevant issues.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Sciences or related fields.
  • Extremely focused on the customer, have strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective in time management, systematic managing multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter, efficiently work independently and collaboratively and results-oriented to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and be flexible to organize a phone conference up to customer’s available time.
  • Gained TOEIC score above 850 or similar English proficiency test result.
