Head of Maintenance Section

Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate schedule, control preventive maintenance plan including utility system program to ensure all machine and system are in good condition and well-functioning at peak workload, whenever necessary.  

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns or failures.

• Work with related OSHA, legal compliance and be in charge for the Energy Conservation Officer.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in preventive maintenance/electrical system/chillers/air compressor etc.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management level.

• Communicating effectively and able to work as planned.

• Good skills of computer (PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point).

• Gained TOEIC score above 550 or similar English proficiency test result.
