Responsibilities
Develop appropriate schedule, control preventive maintenance plan including utility system program to ensure all machine and system are in good condition and well-functioning at peak workload, whenever necessary.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns or failures.
Work with related OSHA, legal compliance and be in charge for the Energy Conservation Officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in preventive maintenance/electrical system/chillers/air compressor etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management level.
Communicating effectively and able to work as planned.
Good skills of computer (PLC, SCADA, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power point).
Gained TOEIC score above 550 or similar English proficiency test result.
